"We were super happy with how well the owner communicated with us! Responses to our messages were quick! The area is beautiful, clean, and felt VERY safe. This cabin had a kitchen that was stocked with nice dishes & cookware beyond what most hosts are willing to do, we were excited about that. The kids had an amazing time downstairs in the game room. Good memories were made. 10/10 would stay here again! "

"Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. At night, we would turn the t.v on and were able to listen to Dolly read stories. It was pretty awesome. If I had one small complaint,...

"Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"
