Welcome to Rocky Top Lodge, one of Pigeon Forge’s largest private cabins for group stays. Located in Bear Cove Falls near Dollywood, this spacious lodge spans three levels and accommodates up to 76 guests across 25 bedrooms while providing the privacy, amenities, and gathering spaces needed for a comfortable group stay.



Purposefully designed for family reunions, sports teams, corporate retreats, and group vacations in the Smoky Mountains, Rocky Top Lodge offers plenty of room to gather, dine, relax, and have fun without feeling crowded.

・Every bedroom has its own private full bathroom and TV, giving families, coaches, team leaders, and retreat attendees a comfortable place to recharge. Three additional half bathrooms provide extra convenience throughout the shared spaces.

・Preparing meals for a crowd is easier in the large group kitchen. It includes two stovetops, two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, two double door refrigerators, a separate beverage refrigerator, multiple coffee makers, and multiple toasters.

・The dining area offers seating for up to 55 guests, creating a central place for shared meals, team breakfasts, retreat conversations, and family celebrations.



🌊 Pools and Entertainment

・The private indoor splash pool provides water fun throughout the year, while the theater room creates the perfect setting for group movie nights.

・The arcade game room includes four racing arcade games, Golden Tee, Buck Hunter, a multigame arcade, and a pool table for hours of friendly competition.

・During the warmer months, guests also have access to the seasonal Bear Cove Falls community pool. A trail leads from the lodge down to the pool, giving families, teams, and groups another place to swim and relax.

・A small market and pizza shop are located near the entrance to Bear Cove Falls, making it convenient to pick up a few essentials or grab an easy meal.

・The expansive back deck runs the length of the lodge and offers plenty of room to spread out. Play cornhole or foosball, watch the outdoor TVs, relax in one of the two hot tubs, or settle into one of the deck’s many seating areas after a day in Pigeon Forge.

・Nearby, the outdoor fire pit offers seating for up to 18 guests and creates an inviting setting for evening conversations under the stars. A large double park style charcoal grill is located next to the fire pit, making it convenient to prepare burgers, barbecue, and casual meals for the group.



🚗 Parking and Additional Accommodations

・Rocky Top Lodge offers parking for 20 or more vehicles, including passenger vans. Buses and trailers can also be accommodated, but they will occupy multiple spaces and reduce the total number of vehicles the parking area can hold. Groups bringing buses, trailers, or several large vans should coordinate their parking plan before arrival.



Need even more room? Rocky Top Lodge can also be reserved with Bear Cove Falls Unit 1 and Bear Cove Falls Unit 2. Each nearby property accommodates up to 8 additional guests. When reserved together, all three properties can accommodate up to 92 guests near Dollywood. Combined reservations are based on availability, so advance planning is recommended.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Community pool: The seasonal outdoor community pool is located at 902 McMakin Way, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Driving directions: Pull out of the Rocky Top Lodge driveway and turn left. Make an immediate left into the parking lot for the market and pizza shop. Keep right and continue straight through the parking lot to McMakin Way. The outdoor community pool is immediately to the left of the Happy Host building.

Walking directions: Take the walking trail located at the end of the fire pit area and follow it down the hill. At the end of the trail, bear left, then turn right and walk through the market and pizza shop parking lot to McMakin Way. The outdoor community pool is immediately to the left of the Happy Host building.
