"This property is absolutely worth booking! Pinot Paradise is a true mountain oasis, and the photos simply do not do the location justice. The breathtaking scenery and peaceful setting made for the perfect getaway. Mike and his wife were exceptional hosts from start to finish. They were welcoming, responsive, and provided a fantastic variety of recommendations for things to do, whether we wanted to stay close to the cabin or explore the surrounding area. The cabin itself was immaculate and...

"I had high hopes for our stay. We walked in and went to unpack to find someone’s bra and jeans still in the dresser drawer. I went to climb into bed and there wasn’t any top sheet on one of the beds and the comforter was for a full size bed, not a queen. That’s the last thing that I wanted to do when I wanted to lay down after a long drive. The bed is broken and there are waterproof covers on both of the mattresses. Any movement on the bed makes a crinkle noise. We booked this house for 6...

"Communication with the lister is very good"

"Stay was acceptable. There is a need for drawers or shelves in bath and bedrooms."

"This was my first time using Vrbo and utilizing this service. Those couldn't havw been any easier checking in and checking out. Communication with the staff was very easy. Great property and met our needs. Definitely would recommend to anyone."

"There were a few minor issues upon that were resolved quickly by management company. The dryer did not work but the management company ensured that were had fresh towels as needed."

"Lovely home near all the attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again."

"Great cabin for a trip to the Smoky Mountains. The location is ideal to visit Dollywood or Splash Mountain. The place is neat, clean and the furniture is comfortable. I don’t sleep very well on an unfamiliar bed- but I rested very comfortably there. My wife and I both enjoyed the Jacuzzi too! The roads are a bit tricky getting there so drive a bit slower getting there.Excellent choice from our standpoint."

"Pros:-3 levels of space-Nearness to pool (both a pro and a con)-Parking-Nearness to activitiesCons:-I’m not even sure why they used a picture of the mill in their listing. It’s not even close to the cabin.-Walls feel paper thin - we could hear the people in the adjoining duplex. They were screaming at their kids in the morning and after midnight.-The pictures make it look like the pool is across a large road, but it’s actually about 15 to 20 feet away. The kids from our neighbor’s and the other...
