SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Bedroom #1 (main level) – Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, TV and walk-in closet; access within the bedroom to an additional full-sized bathroom with shower/tub combo. Shampoo/Body Wash/Conditioner provided.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig tea/coffee maker and Mr. Coffee maker. All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is a gorgeous wooden dining room table right off the kitchen, with plenty of chair and bench seating for your whole crew to gather and dine comfortably.
ENTERTAINMENT
Families come to Serenity by the River to play, adventure or just relax.
In addition to smart TVs in each bedroom, the living room has a great flat screen TV, couch and recliner set up in a way that makes it perfect for movie nights or watching sporting events. Our recliner is most people’s favorite to relax after a day of playing or just taking an afternoon nap.
Below we have a huge, covered area with cornhole game, darts, picnic table, swing plus a charcoal grill. Enjoy sit back and relax while sipping on your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in our backdoor balcony overlooking the river. And, for those perfect nights of grilling dinner outside, the gas grill and dining area is the ideal spot to dine while enjoying the fresh riverfront air.
