"Front desk staff was very approachable especially that young black guy and the young black girl that was working even shift and then that white lady that work the overnight was very nice I love it there sorry to describe the staff by color I really forgot there names I was there on Wednesday the fourth of November"

"It was very different. More of a fun place than a sedate hotel, but so close to everything!!"

"I stayed at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort and checked out on May 23. Unfortunately, I left my Apple Watch Ultra on top of the bed when I departed. As soon as I arrived at the airport, I immediately called the hotel and reported the situation. I was told that staff would look for the watch right away and contact me. On that same day, I also submitted a lost item report and followed up by email. It has now been over a week, and I have received no clear answer. The hotel has not informed...

"nice place"

"El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio."

"It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us."

"Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location."

"Property was easy to book and met our expectations for the week."

"Host was very attentive and property was awesome! It was very close to attractions while being far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The layout of the property was perfect for our family with a great kitchen and living area and roomy bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again!"
