Location, Location, Location! Great for Family & Friend Gatherings

Looking for convenience, we have the location! Just 1 mile from The Parkway & minutes from Dollywood & the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our Chalet boasts a front & back deck to relax on after an exciting day at Dollywood or after a day hike in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom located on the other side of the house is connected to the 2nd hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom (known as the "Downstairs Suite") is located downstairs with plenty of privacy for another couple or a great place for the kids. This 3rd bedroom suite also comes with a pull-out couch with new Memory Foam Mattress.

Each bedroom and the living room features a mounted flat-screen TV & a ceiling fan to help everyone unwind in comfort. High speed internet is included.

Our open kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, Microwave, multiple Coffee Maker(s) - 12 Cup Drip and Keurig Single Cup Coffee Makers, Coffee Carafe, Air Fryer, Crockpot, Toaster, Blender, Neutra Bullet, Roaster & Electric Knife, Dishwasher & plenty of counter space. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plate-ware, glassware, coffee cups, eating & cooking utensils.
Our recently added Game Room will keep everyone busy. Ping Ping amd Arcade Game with over 60 games to chose from. Board Games and Books are also available.
ā€œGreenlights & Sunshineā€ is the perfect location with being so close to all the attractions, restaurants, entertainment and the excitement of Pigeon Forge with a short drive to Gatlinburg.
In case you are planning a multiple family gathering, we have friends that have a Vacation Home just a few homes away from ours. It is available on VRBO. Please contact me for the Listing Number and to make arrangements on how to rent both homes.

Summer vacation

I have stayed here twice and have had great experiences both times. Itā€™s comfortable, cozy and convenient to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. There are no steep hills or windy roads to reach the house from all the area has to offer!

Amazing house and location.

It was great staying at this property with all the required house needs available. The house was well cleaned and sanitized. Lot for kids and a walk to creek/river. This was a great place to stay. Very friendly, kind, and courteous hosts. The house was comfortable and had a warm, homey feel. Greenlights and Sunshine was an awesome place for us to gather and have a little family time. It was a well appointed house with lots of extras that we werenā€™t expecting in making this trip a great experience. There were herbs, spices, and condiments in the kitchen to enhance our meals and cooking supplies we do not usually have access to in a VRBO facility. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but the owner was quick to respond and find us a solution to keep our schedule from being interrupted. The owners were easy to work with from start to finish and as a family in ministry gathering from southeastern TN to Central VA that is absolutely necessary!! There are many other things to be said, but we will conclude with the thought of looking forward to when we might be able to once again gather at Greenlights and Sunshine to enjoy sharing time with our family!!

Great house for families

This was a great house for our family including kids ages 2 and 5. The house was clean. It was decorated for the holidays which was a huge bonus. And the game room was super fun! I did contact the owner about the heater downstairs the first day and the owners responded immediately and were able to assist remotely. Very responsive. Would stay there again.

Awesome Thanksgiving Vacation

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great. It's located in a quiet community just a short drive to so many attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We all enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for my family of 7. NQC 2024 Stay

Great location for our quartet to stay for 3 nights while attending the National Quartet Convention. Very close to parkway but in a nice quiet subdivision. Property was clean and spacious. Nice sized BRs with comfortable beds. Definitely met our needs for this stay. Cynthia was a fantastic host and easy to contact. Definitely would book again. Highly recommend.

This has been the best rental home I have ever experienced. Initially, I was skeptical about the amazing price, thinking it might either be subpar or far from everything. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. The owner reached out the day before our arrival, providing all the necessary information and allowing us ample time to get to the home. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, with multiple ways to stay in touch. Upon driving to the location, I realized it was conveniently close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet situated in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. Upon entering the home, I was greeted with a wonderfully clean smell. It was by far the cleanest home, with numerous amenities that delighted everyone from young children to young adults and even older adults. There were various places to relax and play, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was readily available. The home features a full kitchen, a laundry room, bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. I was delighted to see a game room for family fun. We booked this trip for Dollywood, and it was wonderful that even the children were excited to return to the rental house without any fuss after a day at Dollywood. I will definitely book this place again when traveling up here, as long as it's available.

Great location!

Our family had a great time staying at Green lights and Sunshine. Cynthia was kind and quick to respond to any of our questions. The property was super clean and cozy. The location was perfect! Only a few minutes from the Parkway, but very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the game room. After a day of exploring, it was nice to come back and relax with the family and have a game night. We will definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.
