Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for 3-4 cars

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm/ Check out is 10 am ET
No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late additional fees will incur.

★ INTERNET/CABLE:
High-Speed Wireless Internet
Smart TVs in each bedroom, on the main balcony, and in the living room.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a king master en-suite on the main floor. There are 2 additional king bedrooms and an additional bedroom with sleeping for 4 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place it in the bear-proof trash container in front of the cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick up with our cleaners.

In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 78-82 degrees). The pool is 4 feet deep, absolutely no diving.

★ SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS:
Dogs under 30 pounds allowed for $90 each per stay.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

★ Great Smoky Mountains National Park:
Weather-related road and facility closures may change throughout the day.

★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and Hours
Dollywood is fully decorated for Christmas for the months of November, December, and early January. This festival runs from Nov. 10th to Jan 5th.
For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st. Be sure to check out Dollywood's operating schedule for planning your visit.
