"We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Comfortable bed. Everything in the room was as expected. Fast check-in, fast checkout. The air conditioner, or heater, or whatever HVAC device is installed in the room noisy enough to wake you up at night."

"Good place to stay in Victoria. Definitely appreciate the free bicycle as Victoria is full of bike paths and the flexibility of the hotel staff. Do want to return for more tourism. The hotel was relatively safe and across the street from a bookstore. BC Transit bus stops were nearby also - including for the 70 & 72 that'll take you direct to the BC Ferries terminal to the north, and via a transfer to Victoria International Airport if need be. The bed was very comfortable also. Do recommend."

"Nice little place. One bus ride from downtown or a short uber. Staff was really friendly and the room was comfortable. You get what you paid for so no complaints "

"Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next. "
