"Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. The property grounds disappointed too, as these areas are also in a state of disrepair, including an overgrown weed filled garden and a terrace cluttered with an unsightly pile of outdoor furniture stacked carelessly against the...

"This location is a beautiful property. We were given one of the waterfront rooms in the newer portion of the building. The room was clean and very well equipped had we have wanted to prepare our own meal. Instead we opted to have dinner at Riva, the restaurant in the same building which was an amazing experience. The property is in a wonderful area of Sidney with shops, restaurants, a great waterfront walking area. We would certainly return here again but next times would stay for a few days."

"The rooms have been recently renovated. The carpet is beautiful and plush. The decor looks very chic. There is a nespresso machine in each room. The TV and all the plugs are upgraded. Lovely stay!"

"Grato por ter escolhido esse lugar como minha primeira parada em Victoria depois do aeroporto, apesar de ser por apenas uma noite. Bom atendimento, café da manhã com opções boas (apesar de não serem muitas, tinha tudo que eu precisava e ainda mais) e o quarto muito confortável. "Clean & comfortable bed. Bathroom outdated but clean. Air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool while it was +30c outside. As mentioned in other reviews, visible homelessness in the area however they didn’t loiter about the hotel property and didn’t cause us any problem. It’s a good place to stay for the night if you’re passing through and need something economical."
