"I go to Port Clinton yearly and always stay in this hotel. It's always clean and never smells like smoke. The AC units work great and the view from the patio is amazing."

"I arrived at this Red Roof with a near traumatic experience in their hotel in Benton Harbor. But: surprise! This one is much better. The room was decent, as well as the bathroom. There is a swimming pool and a decent breakfast included. But one of the days they “forgot” to make up my room. And there was no maid available. The staff was very friendly. "

"On the website, they offered a free breakfast and a pool neither were available. No free breakfast and no swimming pool was very disappointed. The rooms were OK. They were clean. The TVs in the rooms were only a 32 inch most TVs in motels now are 48 or bigger. I don’t think they had cable. They were still remodeling some of the motel rooms. It was OK just to be there to sleep because we got in late Friday and we were gone all day Saturday so we were only sleeping there, but it would’ve been nice...

My kid had an accident in the bed which did not hurt the bed and they are charging me 250.00 dollars for having to change the sheets which a hotel is supposed to do anyway and im trying to get my 250 back because thats just ridiculous accidents happen especially with children!! "I have stayed three nights at the Comfort Inn Fremont for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the main highways, restaurants and other services. The room was comfortable, big bad and good restroom. Clean and in order. The low point is the breakfast. Just a few options available. Only bacon and eggs as salted options, which is too heavy for many people. No biscuits and a few choice of breads and fruits. People were friendly in general. "

"The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all."
