"Ingen kunne engelsk. Det var veldig dårlig reinhold. Vi bodde i 13 dager og de byttet ikke sengetøy en eneste gang.
Vi måtte spørre etter toalettpapir hver gang vi trengte nytt.
Veldig bråkete siden det lå ved nattmarkedet. Det offentlige bassenget som ligger 5 min fra hotellet var ikke i bruk.
Vi fikk vasket klær der, men flere av klærne ble ødelagt / fikk flekker.
For dyrt og for dårlig standard. "

"We stayed in Villa Pepper 6. Located very close to the beach and the Bistro where breakfast was served. We had our own butler who we can WhatsApp to help arrange buggy service near the resort which was very handy. The villas were very clean and beautiful. Pool was very clean too. Very happy with the stay. "

"There was not enough water to take a shower. There are 4 bathrooms but only 1 person can shower due to slow running water. There are roaches in the unit. Remote controls don’t work for all the tv. The cleaning crew unlocks and enters the unit while we are still in the living room. The only good thing is the breakfast."

"The facilities and the building itself are a little outdated/old, but the staff do a great job in trying to maintain it. They really go above and beyond to help out their guests, even to the last minute. We forgot to schedule the shuttle to the airport on our last day but they were able to accommodate us (I didn’t catch the female guest services employee but she was very nice and helpful)!
