Vibrant Mesa Abode with Pool

Great Mesa Location on a Cul De Sac corner lot! This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home offers a bright open floor plan with plantation shutters throughout the home, beautiful hardwood floors and magnificent tile. There is a gorgeous kitchen with white cabinets, plenty of counter space, an island for entertaining and custom backsplash. Spend time with guests in the delightful backyard offering a patio, a relaxing gazebo, and a sparkling pool. Within Walking distance to Woodglen park.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Mesa noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues

House was clean, but poorly maintained. Towels and bedding stained. Deadbolt on front door broken. Tv worked occasionally but kept prompting to search for channels and buffering multiple times an hour. Outdoor amenities features in photos of property were not usable. Hot tub didn't work, though featured in photo gallery. Outdoor kitchen didn't work (no hook ups), and two fire pits had empty propane tanks. The photos depict perfection, but trim, baseboards and some flooring are damaged or stained.

This was a great house. Lots of room, so many things for people to do. The outside space was perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and convenient. I will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Highly recommend for a large group.

I was there for a baseball tournament and a hot tub was top priority. When we got there the hot tub water was freezing cold and appeared to not be working for some time. The poll was very dirty. The only TV that worked was the one in the family room. After several calls someone came out to clean the pool and they did get the TV in the master working by day 3. The hot tub never did get fixed! The property manager was fairly responsive when I reached out and always polite and friendly. If everything was working as it should’ve been I would have given this solid 4 star rating.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well equipped with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The back yard is really nice with a pool, hot tub and bbq area. Unfortunately, the bbq was not functional so I would recommend getting confirmation if you’re looking to cook outside. Overall, we were pleased with our stay

Good House and Location

Good house and location, worked well for our trip. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house easily accommodated two families over the stay. The house is due for some repairs and needs some TLC but was in good enough condition that it wasn’t a problem for our visit.

Huge disappointment.

The photos on the Vrbo app are not up to date. I have may photos to prove! The minute we opened the door all you can smell is smoke, old smoke!!! This house must have been smoked in for may years. I spent my money on air fresheners, Febreze and what ever I could to kill the smoke smell. It did not help. The house is old. Walls are cracked in many areas of the house and just painted over. In the double room the closet doors were not attached. This room also had staining right on top of the bedding. Large spot and it was covered up. Many outlets didn't work and the TV froze up for half a day. They ask you to take plastic wear out to the pool area but only 2 cups were provided and one was cracked and leaking. I bought paper plates, plastic cups, Ziplocs as there were non available. The pots and pans need to be thrown. We were only given two towels for the kitchen. Not enough utensils or cook wear do do much. The pool, now that was clean. Only two lounge chairs for pool side and no pool toys. I had to buy them. The front door only has one small deadbolt. At night you could see outside right outside around the front door. The outdoor furniture under the gazebo was trashed. Discussing!! The back yard is full of weeds. The hot tub was green and full of slime. Someone did come clean it on our 3rd day. It is located in the older part of Mesa. I have nothing good to say about this location. I have many photos to prove all this.

Disappointed

Was very disappointed when we arrived and saw the house in person. The tiles in the kitchen are coming up and uneven. The patio screen door had multiple rips in it and the blinds inside the patio door were broken on one side. One of the bedrooms had broken closet doors. The kitchen is very limited on cookware, we had to go out and buy a decent skillet to use while there. When we went to use the hot tub it was only a little past half full with greenish water and a terrible smell along with a hole in one of the fiber glass seats, needless to say we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. The pool was beautiful and the grill area was nice and the location was quiet but we’d never want to stay at this property again.

Convenient and Comfortable

Property is exactly as shown in pics. Pool is very nice size and lots of activities available in the backyard. The house is a relaxing space that could accommodate 8 people comfortably. All of this and close to restaurants & shops!

Not worth the price and the additional charges they add onto your card

I will start off with the positives, We loved the back yard and was a great place to hang out. The size of the house is great. They did offer plenty of towels and bedding. And the location is was good. The negatives, The floorings is coming apart. There is laminate boards that are popping up around the fireplace (that we aren't able to use) tiles were cracked and raised in the kitchen. There was cockroaches (we seen and killed 2) outside on the patio by the sliding door to the house. So after we saw that we were worried about the inside. The bathroom toilet leaked on to the floor so we had to constantly clean that up. The kitchen lacked basic necessities for cooking. The layout was a bit strange to have the pool table in the middle of the house and did not have a light above it so hard to see. Would make more sense to have the pool table in the sunken living room so its out of way. Also we had family come and visit us and they brought they're dog (this is a pet friendly vrbo) which stayed outside in the back yard the whole time except to come and leave. And I was charged additional $500 without any communication or authorization. We have friends and family who live in AZ and we all travel a lot back and forth and will not be using this property management company again.

Family Relocation from Iowa

This was our final VRBO rental. Before receiving our home here in Arizona. I would compare this to our first VRBO in Chandler Az. As the property being by far a better choice then the first. The home is older but includes all the amenities and is very comfortable. I give it an A+.
