No events, parties or gatherings of any type are allowed. If you're looking for a venue to host an event or a party (including but not limited to Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, etc.) Unfortunately, this is not the property for you. Please inquire if you have any questions or would like clarification on this policy.

There is plenty of seating and gathering spaces between 6 common areas for family and friends to get together, watch TV, or play games! A total of 12 Ultra HD Smart TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, in the Living Room or at the Pool, you have those options! Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar and Large Island with comfortable seating. The Grand Dining Room seats 12 at the dining table and the breakfast bar seats 6 for a total of 18! The Game Room is designed for fun and entertainment, featuring a pool table, ping-pong table, and a multi-game arcade machine packed with a huge selection of classic favorites for some friendly competition. In the Back Yard the fun continues! Two Golf Putting Greens, two swimming pools (One of which is a Large 50,000 Gallon Pool with Swim Up Bar), Two Hot Tubs, Corn Hole, and a new favorite, a Pickle Ball Court, all await your enjoyment!

The Outdoor TV by the Pool, the TV on the Back Patio, and in the TV in the Master Bedroom, all have Cable.



THE FAMILY ROOM AREA:

The Family Room is perfect for quiet relaxation or for many to gather and watch the huge 100" Ultra HDTV.

The large sectional can be seen from the spacious Kitchen area, as well.
