The space
This Instagram-worthy 'bnb is the perfect spot for your group trip or a work from home staycation. From trendy signs to fun wall paper, this house has it all.

Spend the day in the backyard barbecuing by the pool, playing a few rounds of mini golf, challenge your friends to some cornhole, or relax under the palapa for that tropical vacation feel.

The Peachy Palm is only about one mile to the Old Town Scottsdale scene, close to the 101 freeway, and a short ride from Sky Harbor airport, ASU and Mill Avenue.



HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY

Please review our entire listing and house rules to ensure The Peachy Palm is the right fit for your stay.

Parties and events are not allowed. No glitter or confetti is allowed anywhere on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee.

PETS NOT ALLOWED. Any pets on the premises will result in a charge of the full security deposit.

The Peachy Palm is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood near Old Town Scottsdale. We ask that our guests please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

CHECK OUT: Before 11am

Please note: your door entry code will not work until the specified check in time unless you have prior arrangements for early check in. We expect all guests to respect the check in and out times so that we may have time to prepare the Peachy Palm for the next set of guests.

Early check in may be available and reserved for a separate fee of $20/hour. If you do not reserve early check in, it will only be offered based on availability the week of your arrival. If you are in need of early check in, please reach out to us to see if early check in is available for your stay.

There are security cameras overlooking the front door and the carport to monitor who is entering and leaving the property.

Please be aware there is no gate around the pool. Guests will be responsible for keeping all points of access closed at all times, as well as supervising any children around the pool.
