Welcome to our Old Town Scottsdale Farmhouse! Only 1.5 miles from Old Town shopping, bars, and restaurants! Our fully renovated luxury home boasts a huge yard with a large heated pool, lounge chairs, picnic table, cornhole, and BBQ grill. It has two separate living spaces, each with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. It also has 4 private bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The large open floor plan provides plenty of space for guests to interact with each other, but also have privacy if they wish.

The space

Home includes memory foam mattresses, 75" inch Roku TV in living room area, 55" Roku TV in master bedroom, hypoallergenic pillows, foosball table, cornhole, games, heated pool, BBQ, washer/dryer, and is fully remodeled with a beautiful open floor plan and lots of natural light!

Other things to note

Downtown Scottsdale is about a 5 minute drive from our house. Scooter and bike rentals are also plentiful in the area. Hop on the Green Belt Bike Trail and you’ll be downtown in a few minutes!

POOL HEATING FEE:The swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 96 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). An additional $250 charge will be added to your invoice post-booking if pool heating is requested or $50/per night for stays longer than 5 days. Pool heating must be requested with a minimum 4 day notice.
