Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Downtown Chandler! With all the nightlife and restaurants right around the corner, you are sure to have a fun time staying in this area. The home is a large (3,136 sq ft) 4 bedroom with plenty of space for your group to spread out while still feeling close enough to create some lasting memories.
The backyard offers some great options to enjoy the famous Arizona sun. It’s easy to spend the day switching between swimming in the pool, chatting around the fire pit, swinging and sliding on the playground (for 12 years old and under), lounging on the pool deck or back patio, and eating at the outdoor dining table. Not to mention, the large grassy area is perfect for a cornhole tournament (set provided). If you venture out into Chandler and the surrounding areas, there’s a good mix of adult and kid friendly options. For family-friendly activities close by, check out the Crayola Experience, Golfland Sunsplash, or attend a MLB Spring Training game (in March only). For an adults only night out, you can walk to Downtown Chandler and take in some live music, amazing food, and dancing.
Inside the home, the fully equipped kitchen will make cooking easy and fun. There’s even a wine fridge for you to stock up on the perfect pairings for all your meals. The unique floorplan adds to the charm of the house and has multiple living and sleeping areas that give a sense of privacy and personal space. The primary bedroom suite is located off the front foyer while two of the other bedrooms are located off a shared hallway, and the last bedroom is an ensuite located away from the rest of the house. Dogs (2 max) are also welcomed with paid pet rate. Dogs must be crated when left alone at the home and must be supervised when in the large open backyard area. One large dog crate is provided on site.
