Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, we are a 10 minute walk to a strip of dozens of bars and restaurants, and the 72 Bus takes you straight to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option too.
For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
