The kitchen is fully stocked; granite counters, maple cabinets, and all the essentials make cooking a breeze. Enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar or gather for meals in the elegant dining room with seating for eight. The main bedroom has a comfy king bed, with en suite spa-style bathroom, and a flat screen for late-night TV. Each guest bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen bed, flat screen, and plenty of clothing storage. In addition, the office (or 4th bedroom) is equipped with a printer and twin trundle bed.
Grill up a delicious dinner on the private BBQ, then gather around the outdoor dining table under the covered patio to enjoy your meal with a cool drink in hand. Kick back and soak up the Arizona sunshine, or challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of horseshoes in the backyard. **Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Last minute find
After 2 failed rentals I found this house through VRBO. I maybe didn't read the fine print but I thought the pool was in the backyard not the distance it was. The house was nice, too much house for a single person who only had company for around 10 days. I liked the monthly inspections but the fireplace and starter for the grill didn't work when I got there and it still was not working when I left. The backyard was ugly, a little landscaping would have been nice. All in all the experience was good. Chris Hillegas

Nice home - Nice neighborhood
The house is nice and the location is great. Not far to shopping, hiking and other things to do. The property managers were very responsive. Some of the family room furniture could use some updating, but all in all a nice property.

GREAT LOCATION FOR HIKERS!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, once we finally got the entry code to work upon arrival. The location was quiet and we loved the open space behind the house, and the privacy of the large back yard. We love to hike, and although the weather was pretty chilly in January, the nearby trails were fine for a fast hike or jog. We would have liked to have a heated pool, but you can't have everything in January!
We did have slow or no response to some of our emails with the property managers, and did not receive the entry code until we were already traveling to the property. Instructions were not attached for code entry, but we finally figured out how to make the lock work after about 20 minutes of trying. We were afraid to depend on the door code for entry, so made sure to use the garage door openers for going and coming.
The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could possibly need, including a Keurig coffee maker!
The house was spacious with a good floor plan. We enjoyed having a single floor, which we aren't used to. Overall, we thought "Simply Irresistible" was a great place to stay.

Winter getaway from Wisconsin
We arrived to a clean and nicely furnished house with all the kitchen items that one would need. The house is tastefully decorated and provided ideal lodging. Location is fantastic for errands, dining, hiking, and other activites. We found the neighborhood (gated community) to be quiet, yet welcoming. The owner works through a rental company that we found to be so helpful, responsive, and professional. There were a few issues that arose during our stay but were rectified within a timely manner. We were very happy that the owner was agreeable to the repair/replace issues.
If there could be improvements: the living room furniture is too oversized to be able to sit on comfortably. Perhaps more bed pillow options would be desirable. The gas grill needs a complete tune-up.
We have booked another winter getaway in 2019 and look forward to another enjoyable stay at "Simply Irresistible".

Shocked by the high quality!
I've never been in a nicer house. It seems like a millionaire's home. It is FULLY furnished with EVERYTHING imaginable, from hair dryers to utensils to towels and bedding to an enormous selection of plates and cups and glasses and much, much more. Not to mention VERY upscale appliances and electronics all around and the enormous master bath and walk-in closet! And everything works! And the house was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Love the quiet neighborhood and the wonderfully large and cool pool available nearby too.
Things I'd change (not much): 1) the office/bedroom has no outlet for A/C or heat - this is the one big fault; 2) the front door digital lock failed, so I think customers need a key for backup; 3) chairs and sofa too soft for my taste; 4) beds too high (I'm 6'2" and must JUMP onto the king bed); 5) would prefer to know precisely the encryption level of the wifi (best = WPA2-PSK (AES) and nothing else ... also a much more intricate and longer password should be employed).
Best features: location, kitchen, back yard and barbecue, quiet A/C, and overall comfortable and spacious living. In spite of a few negatives, I highly recommend this Simply Marvelous house, and the summer price is right on the money!
