No smoking or vaping inside or the house. No exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
Local quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Anyone found violating noise ordinance will be subject to $500 fine, in addition to City imposed fines.
By the law this home may not be used for Events parties or large gatherings.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix prime etc. please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
