SCOTTSDALE SHEA EAST, our well-appointed ranch house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, is designed to sleep 10 in absolute comfort. This premium home has a rustic yet elegant appeal and overlooks the popular Starfire Golf Course. The private pool can be heated and offers the ultimate splash as well as exquisite moments of tranquility in sensational Scottsdale. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. This safe and charming neighborhood is located on a busy thoroughfare and traffic noise is possible when guests are outside.

The great room is a well appointed, comfortable gathering place for watching the large screen TV and sharing your favorite golf stories. Stunning views of the great outdoors will compete for your attention. The chic bar is the perfect spot for entertaining your favorite guests or treating yourself to happy hour drinks any time of the day. ALL TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. Wifi is complimentary.

The well-stocked designer kitchen is spacious and complete with all of your culinary needs. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. The expansive island seating is perfect for quick snacks, meals on the run or cocktails. A picturesque formal dining room seats 8 and offers a view of the backyard paradise. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements and are well suited for families or couples:

The stylish west primary suite has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, large windows with a view of the back yard and an en suite bath. The bath features a contemporary glass and tile shower.

The modern east primary suite has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath with a trendy shower.

Bedroom 3 has 2 extended length twin beds and a TV; Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, full size bunk beds and a TV. All bedrooms offer sufficient closet and drawer space to accommodate your personal wardrobe and accessories.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the Bathroom 3 with a tub-shower combination and water closet for added privacy.

A well stocked laundry room with family size appliances and detergent will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next golf outing.

Prefer to be outside? Step out the back door to enjoy the perfect entertainment spot: a large back yard with many appealing amenities. The patio is spacious and offers impressive Starfire Golf Course views. The pool can be heated for year round swimming; our golfing guests will enjoy the newly added putting green for warming up their strokes before heading to the course. The gas grill, patio furniture and fire pit invite you to relax or dine in comfort after a refreshing dip in the pool or while enjoying the golf course activities. There is ample parking next to the home.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
