The Large backyard has a sparkling pool, luxurious spa, propane grill, outdoor lounge furniture, patio seating, additional dining table, pool floats/toys, and yard games. Both adult size & kid floats available. There is a pool heating fee if you want the pool heated during your stay. Enjoy the amazing weather & peace of living in a quiet environment. This fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large luxurious soaking bathtub in the master bathroom. Dressers in each room. Two large living rooms with one TV down stairs & one TV in the upstairs open loft living room. Both TVs are connected with ROKU allowing full streaming options. The sliding door has a closing door system & Child safety latch to provide security for families with small children. High chair, Baby bathtub, baby bouncer chair & Child safety Gates are available for guest use; please send a request to the property manager prior to arrival if you need the baby/toddler items.

All equipped with home appliances, Ninja coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, rice cooker, slow cookers, blender, large walk in kitchen pantry, cookware, dishes, extra linens, iron and ironing board, Dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, kitchen cooking essentials, fire extinguisher, etc.. An attractive and affordable option for groups, families and couples. Occupancy limit is 10 guests. Additional guests are welcome however there is an added fee. A second table is available with chairs for large groups.

The AIR HOCKEY TABLE & POOL TABLE game is on the first floor.
Board games, books, coloring books, Kid’s Easel, table top games & LOTS of kid toys are available for all ages.

This vacation home provides lots of outdoor space to grill and dine or just lounge in the sun. The kitchen is stocked with all needed cooking equipment, dishes & utensils. Property WiFi is available for guests.
