Whether you've spent an action packed day watching your favorite baseball team at the nearby spring training facilities, your favorite driver at the close by Phoenix Raceway, enjoying a round of golf at the nearby Jack Nicklaus designed Estrella Mountain Golf Course, or spent the day on one of the many nearby hiking or biking trails, you should find our home to be the perfect home base for your favorite activity, or as just a quiet, relaxing place to escape to. The quiet neighborhood, and nearby lakes with their surrounding parks are a great place to take your morning walks, a bike ride, or enjoy a game of tennis, pickle ball, or basketball.

Located in The Villages of Estrella Mountain Ranch, our home is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded on two sides with wide open undeveloped federal land, providing beautiful desert / mountain views. Enjoy spectacular sunrises, and sunsets from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, which accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.

Have an invigorating swim in the pool or a relaxing session in the attached spa (both with optional heating available, see details below) before grilling up something special on the Weber Genesis natural gas grill on the patio. Just turn on the natural gas stub on the patio wall, and you'll never have to worry about running out of gas in the middle of your grilling session.
Not into grilling tonight? The well equipped kitchen should have almost anything you need to prepare what ever meal you desire.

After dinner, settle in for an evening of movie watching on the 55" Samsung smart TV, and home theater sound system in the family room. The smart TV in the family room, and 40" smart TV in the master bedroom in addition to receiving over 60 over the air (OTA) broadcast channels including all the major networks, are also subscribed to Netflix for a great choice of entertainment. The queen guest room has a 32" smart TV which also has access to over 60 OTA channels.
Are you an Amazon, Hulu or other streaming service subscriber? Just log into your account on the smart TV's, and continue where you left off watching your favorite programs at home.

If your tired of TV, and just want to listen to your favorite tunes, the home theater receiver also has a radio tuner, and blue tooth, allowing you to listen to local channels, or connect your blue tooth capable phone or music device to it for listening to all your favorite song lists.
In addition to the home theater speakers in the family room, our home also has a built in sound system with speakers located in the front sitting/dinning room, master bedroom, and on the poolside patio, with individual wall mounted volume controls as you enter each area.
Maybe you'd just like to curl up with a good book? The den or front sitting / dinning room provide the perfect spots to get away from the screens and enjoy a little quiet alone time.

Optional Spa & Pool heat are available at the home either individually, or together, for an additional fee of $12/day or $70/wk for the spa & $90 for day1 and $25 per consecutive day, or $200/wk for the pool. Just ask about any of these options when you make your inquiry about staying, and your quote can be adjusted accordingly.
