The heart of the home is a spacious billiards room, complete with a centered pool table, flowing into a spacious living room with a wall-mounted 85" SmartTV, and a massive leather sectional - perfect for those restful moments in between games or family movie night!



Adjacent to the living room is a simple yet elegant dining area, boasting a table that comfortably seats six. This dining room seamlessly integrates with the modern kitchen, which shines with its white cabinets and granite countertops. Any chef in your group will value the wide center island and appliances such as a Smart door refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Morning essentials like a hot beverage maker, toaster, and tea kettle are also provided.



Walk outdoors from the kitchen/dining room area, the covered patio is equipped with outdoor patio furniture, while a nearby grill awaits BBQ enthusiasts with a outdoor dining table for six. The backyard oasis continues with a sparkling Pool and an adjacent Hot Tub, creating the perfect duo for relaxation and fun. Basketball enthusiasts will be pleased to find a half basketball court to practice their shots.



The home's interior features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms! All bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently situated for those who might prefer not to navigate stairs!



The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, ceiling fan, SmartTV and an attached bathroom showcases granite finishings, with a separate area for the toilet and shower.



The second bedroom boasts an attached bathroom and a Queen bed for those who prefer a little extra privacy!



The third and fourth bedroom provide the comfort of King beds with the fourth bedroom providing a wall mounted Smart TV for those who want to take a break from the fun!



Facilities such as a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer mean you can pack light and freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, including the garage. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/Phoenix Area. Please feel free to book a rental vehicle through our concierge provider!



Other Things to Note:

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $55 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside or near open windows or doors. If ANY smoke smell is detected the guest agrees, by booking this property, to pay the full deodorizing fee ($2,400).



Dog Policy:



This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!



Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. No more than Six unrelated adults at a time per Scottsdale city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Phoenix wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

Central AC units are best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 72 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Reminders About the Property

-Concierge services provide for this property. Information will be received after booking!

-Guest assume ALL liability for using the pool and hot tub. Parents assume ALL liability for allowing children under the age of 18 to use pool or hot tub.

-Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool for safety and hygiene. Removal may cause damaged to the pool equipment.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
