A separate casita is located in the backyard and is occupied by a quiet tenant. It is detached from the home, giving you your own space during your stay. Please note that the backyard is not included with the rental.

The home is about 17 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 20 minutes from Glendale, and 15 minutes from Goodyear. Travel times may vary with traffic.
A Few Friendly House Reminders
🚗 Parking: Please limit parking to 3 cars in the driveway. Keep all vehicles off the turf so it stays in good shape.

🏡 About the property: Your rental is the main house. A tenant lives in a separate side casita on the property and is very quiet. You’ll likely only see him when he takes the trash bins to the curb. The backyard is part of the casita and is locked off, so it isn’t included with the rental. The washer and dryer area is included for your use.

❄️ Air conditioning: We know Phoenix summers are no joke! To help the AC run smoothly, please keep the thermostat at 72°F or higher while you’re staying. When you leave, please set it back to 78°F. Thanks for helping us keep the home comfortable and the AC happy!
