New Property CLOSE to all west valley attractions! This is a modern farmhouse paradise in the middle of the action of Peoria Arizona - the P83 District -2021 ranked #1 City to Work, Live and Play. Located in the heart of the P83 district with access to shopping, dining, golf and the Peoria Sports Complex - spring training facility for the Padres and Mariners. This little gem has its own resort backyard with built in BBQ, putting green and pool. You cannot find a better home in Peoria Arizona for your vacation. Nearby attractions include the Arizona Broadway Theater, AZICE Peoria - ice skating and hockey facility, and the largest selection of restaurants and shopping Arizona has to offer.

Beautiful home close to everything

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful property during a family visit to Peoria. Communication leading up to the check-in was fast and friendly. Check-in was a breeze...we received a code to the door the day before and was able to check in early. The house looks new and well decorated in muted hues of blues and greys. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have plush mattresses and high-end bedding and the two bathrooms are tastefully done with black fixtures, roomy showers, and a large soaking tub in the master. The half-bath downstairs is done in the same black fixtures as the upstairs. The large living room, dining room table for 8 and kitchen with island seating for 6 was perfect for entertaining my large family and preparing a meal was a breeze as the kitchen is more than adequately stocked. Off the kitchen, through the sliding glass door a shaded sitting area, covered dining table and grill (with a full propane tank) and sink. The pool is lighted and heated and such a great addition to this property. Another bonus was the two car garage. Check out was as easy as check-in in. Put your garbage in the bin, load and start the dishwasher if necessary, make sure to leave the garage door openers and lock the front door via keypad. I truly can't say enough about how nice this home is and how much we enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect stay

This is a gorgeous property. It was very clean and had everything we could think of needing. We would most definitely stay here again. Safe area, perfect for baseball games and lots of restaurants near by. The busy street behind didn’t bother us at all, but we were not back there a lot. Thanks for a great vacation.

Spring Training headquarters

Mariners fan. Great access to Peoria Sports Complex. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. Close to everything. Booked again for next year

Mariners spring training

Great location for a trip to Peoria fields for spring training. While we did rent a car, we did majority of travel on foot with shopping, food and baseball all within a mile. Great layout and backyard for a group!

Tournament Home Away from Home

Farmhouse P83 was a beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate home for our family during our son’s baseball tournament. It was home away from home and Kerri was so communicative and helpful. We will be booking future stays!

Excellent property, new, clean, big, great pool and board games. Excellent communications with the agent. Central location to restaurants and shopping. The only thing is close to busy road, very noisy. Make sure to have ear plugs or use white noise devices. Otherwise, can wait to come back.

Fantastic Peoria Location

Owners are very responsive, gives clear expectations of your stay and departure. Close to everything. It is a a perfect relaxing getaway. You are close to shopping, spring training, but also have a nice entertaining space if you just want to relax. We are already planning our return.

First impression renters

Four retired adults rented this home for 2 months (mid Jan-mid Mar). We were told we were the first renters. Location and neighborhood are as described on VRBO and photos are accurate. The 2 level house was definitely a 5 star home. It's new and nicely decorated. The home basically had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor. All bedrooms are on the upper level, thus requiring to climb 19 steps . The bedding and mattresses are of high quality. They offered a one time cleaning in the two months we stayed. If I could I'd give this place a rating of 4+. However, the 4-star rating is because of the exterior living space. The back yard is lovely and designed for sun lovers (facing west) but behind the home is a 5 lane heavy traffic road. The water features are nice, but they added to the constant traffic noise and made it difficult to visit in the backyard. Sadly for us we weren't able to use the pool as the weather was not adequate to warm it without using the heater. The sun never warmed it above 62-degrees during our 2 month stay. The pool heater was available to use (controlled by the rental manager) but there is an extra fee to turn it on. The rental manager is responsive and accommodating,
