Downtown Chandler is full of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Located ONLY a mile away from your stay.

There is a carport to cover your vehicle from the sun and plenty of space in the driveway as well as street parking.

This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found in the house, there will be a $500 fine.

• No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
•We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
• We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
