☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Spread throughout the home, you'll find 5 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and direct access to the backyard (also with an attached ensuite bathroom). There are three more bedrooms down the hall, each with one queen bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is shared by these three bedrooms. On the other end of the home is the fifth bedroom, with two full beds (bunk bed) and a door opening up to the backyard.

Both bathrooms in this home have been completely renovated and live up to the modern standard of the rest of the home. The master ensuite has a dual vanity, toilet, and a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom has one sink, one toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
This kitchen is absolutely STUNNING! Sleek, modern, and so functional! Brand new modern appliances (including a wine fridge), coffee station, and opens right up to the rest of the entertaining space. Right across from the kitchen is the dining room, with seating for 8 and direct access to the backyard.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted with the grand living room. Large smart TV, big sectional couch, electric fireplace, and a record player completes this classy, comfortable space for the whole crew to hang out and enjoy the Scottsdale ambiance!

The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a pool table, seating, bistro tables, and a social media-ready mural that is perfect for a fun photoshoot!

The backyard is so classy and elegant! A heated pool is the centerpiece of this yard, with lots of other amenities surrounding the space, including a fire pit, comfy outdoor seating, outdoor dining, games, and sun lounging chairs - you will feel right at home will never want to leave!

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 8am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 4

I recently stayed at this property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house was absolutely adorable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. It was immaculately clean, which made settling in so easy. Every room was spotless, and the attention to detail in maintaining the property was impressive. This home is perfect for larger groups—there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for us to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and spacious place to stay. It was truly the perfect getaway spot!
