Located just steps away from top restaurants, shops, and attractions, this central apartment offers easy access to all that the city has to offer. Conveniently located near downtown and the light rail station, exploring Phoenix has never been easier.

Book now for a truly unique and memorable stay in one of Phoenix's most historic "Roosevelt Row" neighborhoods!

This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!

- LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 6 people.

- BEDS - the villa features a spacious queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a full pull-out bed, providing ample room for up to 6 guests.

- KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals.

- BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay.

- This unit is separate from the main building. You will have to go up several steps to get to Unit # 9.

- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY.

- PARKING: Street parking only.
Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.

- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.

- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.

- FIREPLACE - Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.

- PETS - We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.

- Working remotely? No problem! There is a DEDICATED WORKSPACE for you!

This unit is separate from the main building. You will have to go up several steps to get to Unit # 9. Guest have access to the whole Unit #9.

To go to the property, you can use several modes of transportation:

* By car: If you have a car, you can use a GPS navigation system or map to reach the address. You can also park in the surrounding area.

* By public transportation: The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue & Van Buren Street Station, which is located about 0.7 miles from the property. From there, you can walk, take a taxi, or use a ride-sharing service to reach the address.

* By taxi or ride-sharing service: You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to reach the property directly. Simply enter the address as your destination and let the driver take you there.

* By bike: If you prefer to bike, you can find bike lanes and bike-friendly streets in the area.

Regardless of how you choose to travel, it's recommended to check the traffic conditions and plan your trip in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient journey.

We make every effort to comply with the evolving city, state, and county regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone that is why we are partnered with "Know Your Guest," also known as "Superhog," the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20. Please ensure that you complete your validation prior to check-in.

- The complex is a NON-SMOKING area. ($700 fine fees may apply.) Please respect this rule as there are other guests. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Thank you for being considerate.

- Please follow the quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20pm.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

Location excellent, We never received check in instructions in advance and only received a check in code at 4 pm despite being told we would have it at 3 pm. Amenities listed not accurate-no hair dryer, queen sofa bed broken(we reported it), light on outside porch broken, not enough kitchen supplies-2 coffee cups, nothing for baking like a cookie sheet
