Welcome to Margot, where a little desert sunshine and a lot of personality set the scene for time together. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom Scottsdale home pairs an open layout with a private pool and inviting outdoor gathering spaces.

Living Areas
Make yourself comfortable in the open living room, where the kitchen and dining area keep conversation flowing. Whether you’re sharing stories over breakfast or settling in after exploring Old Town, there’s room to enjoy the company you came for.

Kitchen & Dining
Prepare an easy brunch, mix something refreshing, or gather around the dining table for a leisurely meal. The kitchen’s awning window opens to a poolside bar with three stools, bringing the indoors and outdoors together. A refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials make meals at home feel easy.

A drip and single-serve coffee maker are provided, along with a starter selection of pods. Please bring extra coffee if slow mornings over a second cup are part of your plans.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to twelve registered guests. The current sleeping arrangement includes:
• King Bedroom: King bed and TV.
• Two-Queen Bedroom: Two queen beds and TV.
• One bedroom with two twin beds.
• One bedroom with four double beds.

Built-in bunks and a getting-ready counter bring a playful, practical touch to the home. The guest limit remains twelve regardless of the number of beds.

Private Pool & Backyard
Your private backyard is fully fenced, creating a welcoming setting for time outdoors.

Choose your favorite of eight pool loungers and take your time by the private pool, enjoy lunch from the BBQ grill, and gather around the fire pit as afternoon turns to evening. The indoor-outdoor bar makes it easy to keep refreshments and conversation close.

Pool towels are provided. The pool measures approximately 15 feet wide by 31 feet long, with a listed depth of 8 feet. No diving is permitted; please follow posted safety signage and supervise children closely.

Everyday Comforts
Wi-Fi with a listed speed of 549 Mbps, an in-home washer and dryer, heating, and air conditioning help you settle in for a comfortable stay. A portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair help lighten the packing list for families.

Explore Scottsdale
Old Town’s dining, shopping, and nightlife are a short drive away. Spend the day discovering your favorite spots, then return to a home where another poolside moment is always an inviting option.

Enjoy self check-in using your entry code, which we’ll share through your reservation messages.

The driveway accommodates four vehicles. Street parking is also available; please follow posted restrictions and keep neighboring driveways clear.

The home is located in a cute little neighborhood just 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale (bars and clubs) & Fashion Square! For privacy, we won’t reveal the address until 48 hours before but a close point of reference is Dutch Bros Coffee Shop - 2012 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.

We have a driveway long enough for 4 cars and there is street parking available! However, if you don’t have a car, we recommend Uber or Lyft to get around!

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Margot for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 12 guests in total.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Please supervise children closely around the pool.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than 12 registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.
