This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private heated pool & jacuzzi is in the ideal North Scottsdale, just minutes away from everything including the World Renown Grayhawk Golf Course. Your family will love this immaculate remodeled home.
Mayo Hospital, Spring Training Baseball, Scottsdale Airport, Westworld- Home to Barrett Jackson Car Show & other major events, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, The Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland all within 10 minutes drive from the house.
Located in a great, quiet, N. Scottsdale community of Grayhawk on an interior lot with over 25 miles of walking paths & parks. Active, lighted pickleball courts, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, lighted sand volleyball courts. Walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping, Boys & Girls Club, Hospital.

The Extra Large Master Suite features a newer King bedroom set, newer Shower, bath, Dual sinks and 60 inch TV.

The Private backyard features a sparkling HEATED POOL with waterfall & JACUZZI, lounge chairs, umbrella, pool toys and floats, covered Patio with outside dining and New Stainless Barbecue. Pool heating is $29. per night(14 night minimum). Please let us know prior to booking if you would like it heated.

All newer beds, bedding, 3 Extra Large TV's, High Speed Internet 3 car garage with newer elegant epoxy floor & car charging outlet. Laundry Room with features New Heavy Duty GE washer & dryer.

We take great pride in our home and we are confident you will enjoy your time there. This home is immaculate. You will not find a cleaner VRBO property.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO, a huge part of that experience was thanks to Jeff, our host.. From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made the entire process seamless-from booking to check-out and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable thought our stay.

Comfortable and quiet Scottsdale house

We had a fantastic stay in Scottsdale. Jeff is a great host and he welcomed us to the property. The house is well-furnished with comfortable beds and quality linens. The heated hot tub and pool were great after a day of exploring the area.

A perfect home base in Scottsdale

Our family stayed for 8 days over Christmas - including 3 children ages 10,15 and 17. The property was exactly as listed and shown in the photos. It was clean and spacious and comfortable! A lovely quiet location, easy to drive anywhere in Phoenix/scottsdale. Close to a grocery tire and Starbucks! Jeff was an amazing host. Fast, clear communication. Answered questions and even found us some sports equipment so we didn’t have to bring our own! Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay and GREAT host!!!

Frequently do rentals around the Scottsdale area, and I must say, this host went above and beyond more than I would’ve ever thought. The place alone was outstanding, very clean, and in a great location. Jeff, the host, was spectacular, and I look forward at staying at one of his spectacular places again, as I know what I will be getting into, which is a no stress house and responsive host.

Grayhawk Stay

Jeff is a great host and goes out of his way to accommodate any special requests. House was very clean and neighborhood is located adjacent to good walking trails. Would highly recommend!

Clean, relaxing vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that Jeff met us when we arrived and showed us how to use the hot tub and made sure the remotes were working for the TV's. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The only thing to note is that the coffee pot is a kurig. (not that I am complaining) it's just that it would've been nice to know ahead of time so I could've brought my own brand of k-cups instead of having to buy some there. With that being said, if that is the only negative thing I have to mention, this home is great and we would definitely stay here again. Everything was top notch considering it's a rental. To those complaining about silverware--at least it wasn't plastic.

A Month in North Scottsdale

This property is in an excellent location and is well maintained. The pool and hot tub worked flawlessly. The owner was available for any issue of which there were very few. If we could recommend anything it would be to add a few more dishes and cutlery and perhaps a few throw blankets. Enjoyed our stay and overall it was a great experience.

Great Scottsdale Location -Great Host !

We can’t say enough great things about how the host helped our group. We originally rented a large home that had numerous problems. Jeff was able to accommodate us last minute with 3 beautiful homes just 2 blocks away from each other all in the community of Grayhawk in Scottsdale. The homes were very clean, had great beds and nice private backyards with private pools/jacuzzis. He also helped with restaurant, massage & transportation reservations. We hope to stay there again for future trips to the area.

Awesome House

We really enjoyed this home with private pool and jacuzzi. Home had everything we needed with great beds. Real close to very active pickleball courts where we played every night and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

Fantastic House; Fantastic location.

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is in immaculate condition and the location is very special. Lots of green spaces and walking paths right from the home. Clearly a 5-star for the home and location.

Perfect Oasis

Everything was wonderful! The house was in a great location, well maintained and had appealing modern decor. The bed was super comfortable and the pool was a nice treat! Jeff, our host, was great! He met us the first night and was available anytime if we had questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Location was great!.. close to the 101 and easy to navigate. The host was outstanding. Replied to our text within minutes ! The house came with paper products and cleaning supplies. The biggest negative for us was the water. The house doesn’t have a water softener and we had to buy bottled water. Pillows and silverware need updating and the oven was dirty. Overall, the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood in North Scottsdale

We stayed at this very nice property over Christmas and through the New Year holiday. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. There are also several well maintained trails around the property that make for great walking/running opportunities. The property owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay. The house is well appointed and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

The home was modern with all conveniences. It was close to our favorite restaurants and shopping. The manger was always responsive to anything we needed. The pool was warm and inviting. We have stayed in other residences in prior years and this was the best by far. We would definitely choose the property next time we vacation in Arizona, RD and DD

Beautiful home with fantastic pool and spa!

This home has been recently remodeled and is virtually brand new. The pool and spa are amazing and the covered patio and grill make the outdoor space as nice as the inside. Great location with easy access to the 101. The owner, Jeff, was very responsive and met us late at night for check in and to familiarize us with the property. Will definitely stay here again!

Great family get away

Cute updated house that is kept very clean. We requested the pool be heated and we were glad we did. My kids spent the entire week in the pool. House was a short drive to many attractions so it was a great hub for our trip. We would defiantly stay there again. Jeff the property manager was very accommodating and easy to connect with.

Great home in a nice quiet neighborhood

Our party of 4 had a great stay here for AZ bike week. The house was very clean, well appointed, and appeared to have been recently remodeled and upgraded. The appliances and furniture all appeared to be brand new. Our host Jeff was excellent and instantly responsive to any of our questions. The backyard pool, spa, patio and bbq were put to good use and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
