There are 2 King Beds and 3 Queen Beds in the home! There's also a small "bunk bed" which can pull out -suitable for children under 12.



You'll be walking distance from Oldtown - the absolutely perfect spot to launch your Scottsdale Adventure!



The Space:

This beautiful Scottsdale home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit Oldtown, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group.



All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and a comfortable sitting area. There's also a pool table for entertaining! The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay.



The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large heated pool and patio, lawn chairs, and BBQ. There's also a great outdoor dining and sitting area by the pool. It has a classic Scottsdale backyard with everything that you need to have fun and relax.



This is truly one of the best spots in Scottsdale! So central that you can walk to Oldtown!



Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There are two King Beds, plus an additional 3 Queen Beds! The "bunk bed" does not have a ladder - it has two single day beds that can be pulled out. It's only suitable for children under the age of 12.



There's a driveway that fits up to three cars, and free street parking!



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities in the house. There is no garage at this house.



The Neighborhood:

Scottsdale is a beautiful place to visit. The center of the city is Old Town, and you'll be minutes away from all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. My home is located just a short walk from Oldtown, which gives you excellent access to the best restaurants and attractions in the city. Plus, you'll be a short drive from everything that Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer!



Getting Around:

There's free parking at my home for up to three vehicles, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. There's additional street parking that's free and easily available. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available from October 15 - May 1. During the summer, the pool is naturally warmed through the sun - trust me, you won't want pool heating in the summer!



There is a $100 per day charge for pool heating. This is because heating the pool results in very high gas bills. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The pool will be set to 88° Fahrenheit if ordered. There are also some minimums because we can't turn it off/on.



- If you are staying for four nights or less and would like to purchase pool heating, you must purchase heating for 100% of your stay.

- If you are staying for five nights or more and would like to purchase pool heating, there is a three night minimum.



Pool heating cannot be ordered samed day, including for same day reservations. This is because it takes time for the pool to heat.
