HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in: After 4 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
• No smoking inside the home (penalty:
$500/day)
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (except
water)
• No moving of indoor or outdoor furniture
• Registered guests only (no additional people
without permission)
• Excess trash/recycling: DO NOT overfill
garbage/recycling bins. Any excessive garbage
requiring extra pickup will be charged $100-
199.
• Follow checkout instructions to avoid excessive
cleanup charges (min $75+)


GENERAL RULES:

• No parties (special events require advance
approval)
• No drugs or firearms on the property; all illegal
activity is prohibited
• Pets: Cats and dogs permitted with a
$50 pet fee per pet (no pets on
furniture, in bedrooms, or in the pool).
• Extra guests: more than 12 guests will be charged at $25/night
• Good Neighbor Policy: Respect our quiet,
family neighborhood, keeping
noise levels under 60 dBA during the day
• Quiet hours: Music/noise must be turned down
after 9PM. No unreasonable noise between the
hours of 9pm-8am per city ordinance:
Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered
unreasonable (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10).
• Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event,
including camera footage, excessive garbage
or other evidence will result in a fine of
$5000, legal action, and possible eviction
without reimbursement, plus
the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that
result from the event.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Weekly pool and landscaping services are
scheduled (they will need access to the
backyard; let us know if this is an issue.)
• Discounts available for extended stays (7 days
or more)
• For longer stays (more than 28 days), biweekly
House cleaning is required
