You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Pool and/or Spa Heating: Please note that pool and/or spa heating must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Due to energy consumption and the need for a pool technician to activate and manage the system, partial-stay heating is not available.

We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe experience for you and all our guests. Rest assured, your data is secure with them.
Before your stay, kindly complete a quick verification and choose one of these options:
1. Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee
2. Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (takes 5–10 business days to process).
We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection.
- The Property has security cameras in each entry and exit point as well as in the backyard for insurance purposes.
- Quiet Time Violation Fee: Guests are expected to respect quiet hours between 9pm - 7am at all times. Any disturbances resulting in complaints from neighbors or violating the quiet hours will incur a $500 Quiet Time Violation Fee.
- Pool and spa heating are not available from the months of June to September. However, they are available from October to May.
- Nightly rate of pool heating is $100, and the nightly rate for the spa heating is $50.
- When you pay for pool heating and/or spa heating, the temperature of pool will reach target temperature of 85 degrees
- Spa temperature can reach temperature of 100 degrees
- Spa and Pool does NOT have the capability to heat at the same time
- Please note that it will take 12 hours to heat the pool so please pay and notify us ahead of time.
- Spa will turn on automatically from 7 pm to 11 pm.
- We kindly request to notify us within 72 hours prior to arrival, if last minute and will need heating please keep in mind that it may take some time for both to warm up and reach the desired temperature.
- Pool and spa lights will automatically turn on from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Neon lights on the patio will also automatically turn on from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Fireplace is not available for use as per the insurance policy. Thanks for understanding.
- Please refrain from touching the pool equipment or valves under any circumstances because it's very sensitive. A $350 fee will be applied.
- The city's trash and recyclable pickup is scheduled for every Monday. We kindly request that you place the bins on the street on Sunday if possible. However, please also note that we have a third-party service to handle this task and return the bins the following day. Thank you for your cooperation.
- If you need any clarification please feel free to ask. This is how the pool system is set up.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
**SINK: Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.
- Please avoid overloading the washer and dryer to ensure proper functionality and prevent damage during use. Instead, start a load of towels. Additionally, do not use the steam function in the dryer.
- Please do not undo/remove the beddings when you check out.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Extra Cleaning Fee: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness during their stay. Failure to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon checkout will result in a Extra Cleaning Charges.
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- All guests are required to deflate any inflatable floaties, toys, or pool accessories they bring before leaving the premises. This ensures that the area remains tidy and free of clutter.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Considering the current weather, please cover the TV and close the umbrella, as there may be gusts of wind that could blow them over.
