For the exteriors, we have installed a spa, fire pit, and a mist system. You'll get clean, drinkable water throughout the home due to whole house water softener/filtration system. There is another unit attached to this listing, so the exteriors will be shared, and exterior amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need access to the garage for storage, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival; there might be a small fee to use our garage.

You can exclusively reserve the Meridian Dimension One Spa which can sit 7 people for a one-time initial service fee of $90.

Cozy, new, quiet, 2-story attached guesthouse in safe neighborhood. Great to sleep, cook, play board games, chat, watch TV after hectic day. Centralized location, close to family activities, airport, restaurants, parks, museums, ASU, MCC, 24/7 gym, schools, Cubs spring training, supermarkets, bus stops, hospitals, libraries, parks. Open floor plan, can seat +24 between common and dining area. Kid-friendly. Private entry/exit. No shared space except parking.

This listing is for the exclusive use of the whole guesthouse (~2000 square feet addition). Although the guesthouse is attached to the primary house, there is no shared INTERIOR space; we don't access the guesthouse unless for emergency purposes. Although social noises can be heard in the common areas between the two units, the bedrooms provide extra privacy with doors closed. All windows/doors have curtains so no one can see-through. We respect our guests' privacy and will not bother our guests unless for emergency purposes. Doors that connect guesthouse to main building are automatically locked at all times so privacy, exclusivity, and safety are maintained. RV parking available on the driveway or to the left side of the garage.

Ideal for guests who simply need a place to sleep, cook, and relax after a hectic day of activities. Centrally located among cities of Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert, and Chandler (all within 20 driving minutes). Cooking amenities provide perfect gatherings for formal meals. At the end of the day, guests can simply chill in our living and dining room by playing board games, talks over dinner table, or watch TV through our streamer with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. For our tired guests or those who need to do some additional work, the upstairs bedrooms and master bedroom offer a quiet haven to work and rest away from the social noise.

Currently home includes a kitchenette and a full kitchen i.e. 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, soaps, washer/dryer, blender, cooking/eating utensils, dishes, towels, stove, 2 microwaves, 2 toasters, food processor, roaster oven, toaster oven, and big oven. Upstairs include 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs include a master suite with kitchenette, kitchen/dining area, 2 bathrooms, and one common area with TV. Common area has a sofa bed that can sleep 2, a couch, and some chairs. Most upstairs bedroom has a walk-in closet, window, ceiling fans/lights, a desk & lamp with shelves, 1-2 dressers, a chair, and a reading chair. Extendable dining table can seat 4-10 people (comes with two leaflets).

Although it is currently set up to seat 24 people between common area and dining area, we have more chairs to accommodate additional guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need additional chairs.

The master suite has a private bathroom, another TV, executive desk and chair, sofa bed, and separate entry suitable for executives/professionals that need their own work space. Please let us know if you would like to keep the futon as a bed or as a couch in the master bedroom. Attached to the master bedroom is a conference room with kitchenette and 2-4 chairs. The door next to the curtains lead directly into the dining/common area.

If guests will be using the beddings in the common area, please let us know ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements.

Although this guesthouse does not have amenities such as a BBQ grill, gym, spa services, swimming pool, or tables for billiards/ping pong/foos ball, it is very close to many facilities that offer similar services. McQueen Activity Center, 8 minutes away, offers free usage of BBQ areas for +16 people, tennis/basketball/volleyball/baseball courts, ping pong/foos ball/billiards tables. For a monthly membership $20, Az Elite Youth (4 minutes away) offers unlimited 24/7 fitness center, batting cage, spas, massage, swimming pool, chiropractic, tanning services, and group classes. Palo Verde Park, 3 minutes away, are great for BBQ, baseball, soccer, biking, and jogging.

Guests have access to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an indoor laundry room, wifi & network internet, kitchen, kitchenette, conference room, dining room, common area with TV, and storage room with extra towels/linens/beddings. Free off-street parking, the concrete pavement to the left side of the house, or to one side of our driveway (can park up to 5 cars). Please let us know if you would like the fridge or cabinets to be empty.

Please note the following:
1) Our linens and towels are 100% cotton and are freshly cleaned and washed for every check-in. The beds are equipped with either memory foam or pillow-top mattresses for extra comfort and are covered with mattress protectors, bed bug catchers, fitted and flat sheets, a comforter, one accent pillow, and two pillows per guest. Underneath our cotton sheets, we have mattress protectors that have plastic linings to protect the mattress; if this will create sleeping issues, please find a different listing.
2) On a first-come, first-served basis, the EXTERORIORS ARE SHARED i.e. backyard, front yard, parking, BBQ grill, fire pit, etc. The attached indoor laundry room is also shared, so guests must always keep the door connecting the laundry room to this unit locked at all times.

-7 minutes: Costco, WinCo, Pita Jungle, Green Corner Mediterranean Cuisine, White Cranes Medical Center, Mekong Asian Plaza, Sprouts Farmer's Market

-15 minutes: Downtown Chandler (Chandler Center for the Arts, library, farmer's market, etc) , downtown Mesa (Idea Museum, Natural History Museum, farmer's market, etc.), downtown Tempe (Tempe Town Lake, Mill Avenue District, Tempe Center for the Arts, etc.), Gilbert, Cubs Spring Training (Sloan Park, 13 minutes)

-20 minutes: Scottsdale (downtown, Camelback mountain for great hikes, waterfront district, Scottsdale Contemporary Museum, Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, etc.), & Phoenix (zoo, Arizona Science Center, Robbson House Museum, etc.)

According to (URL HIDDEN) around us there are 50 restaurants, 7 groceries, 9 nightlife, 7 cafes, 53 shopping, 7 arts and entertainments, 49 beauty and spas, and 22 active life.

We are in the middle of international dining areas. Less than 10 driving minutes you can find international buffets, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Hawaiian, Mediterranean, Italian, French, Indian, and other European/American food.
