A second sliding glass door opens up access to the pool patio and loungers. A Queen size pullout mattress can accommodate 2 guests comfortably.

Dedicated work station in the second living room for those that need to get a little work done. Spend quality time playing board games, or settle into your favorite movies and shows on the two smart TVs. Enjoy access to free Roku streaming or Live TV, or access your subscription to streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO and more.

We provide all the essentials so you can pack light! (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, bath towels, sheets and bedding).

Other Notes:
- Optional pool heating available mid-Sep to mid-May for additional daily charge (to pay for natural gas heating). Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in.

- Washer and Dryer in Laundry room (complimentary detergent and fabric softener)

- For your safety, cameras are outside the property directed at entry points (front door, driveway, and back garage) and record motion and sound. Tampering of cameras could result in reservation cancellation with no refund.

- City of Scottsdale allows a short-term rental maximum occupancy of 6 adults + their dependent children. By booking, guest agrees to house rules.

- We require a signed Rental Agreement at the time of booking, and may require ID.

- Access to the property will require a security code which will be provided a few days prior to stay along with check-in instructions.
