If you are mixing business with pleasure the grand dining room boasts a large custom wood table that easily seats 12 for meetings or special dinners. It also makes the perfect setting for those special holiday meals and gatherings. In total there is dining seating for 18 comfortably indoors.

Upper Level:
The master retreat has a king-sized bed and floor to ceiling glass windows/door leading out to a large balcony to take in the million-dollar views. A master ensuite boasts a separate shower and a lovely soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 also has a king-sized bed with bedroom #3 having one (1) full-size and one (1) queen-size bed. The upper level has a full bath.

Access to the home is through a keyless entry. The property Manager will provide check-in details a day or two prior to your arrival.

Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community located in Glendale, Arizona in the Northwest part of the valley. Situated North of Beardsley up to Melinda Lane and 51st Avenue to the east this quiet neighborhood is nestled in the shadows of the Thunderbird foot hills and has four separate lakes that run through the community. With access to the lakes ( Great Falls, Emerald, Sunset and Shadow Mountain Lakes) for fishing and boating it is an outdoor paradise.
Arrowhead Lakes is in a great location, with easy access to the Loop 101 making driving anywhere in the valley a breeze. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking, fitness centres, golf courses, water parks and only a 10 minute drive to the University of Phoenix Stadium - home of the Cardinals. Enjoy a baseball game at the Peoria Sports Complex or catch some baseball Spring Training. You feel like you're staying in a secluded lake community but actually you are not far from downtown Phoenix.
Ask about hiring a personal chef who can prepare a private dinner or hire a massage therapist to provide in-home massages.
* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours outdoors which are from 10p - 7a each night to limit any excessive noise across the lakes to our neighbors.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
*In place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage protection waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
* The pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use. We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest's arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order.
* No one under the age of 25 is allowed to drive the boat. No exceptions.
