House Rules & Additional Fees

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM (Late checkout fee: $150)

Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Scottsdale ordinance)

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.

Pool Heat: $100/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay). If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.

Pool Rules: No touching or adjusting equipment ($500+ fine for damages)

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside ($1,000 cleaning fee)

Trash Days: Bins must be placed outside on scheduled pickup days

Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.

Located in Cave Creek, this private gated estate offers stunning mountain views and easy access to top golf courses, hiking trails, shopping, and dining.

Other Things to Note:

There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.



The GARAGE is off limits and Guest are not allowed to access it.



We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.



PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.





Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
