Our pool is kept at 85 degrees

for you. Please keep in mind as an

electric heat pump, it will make the

water warmer than without a heater

but the water will not be hot like a

jacuzzi.

Other things to note

✔ Owner’s Storage & Shed – There are two locked storage areas not accessible to guests.



✔ Pool Maintenance – The pool is cleaned every Wednesday during business hours. A pool technician will be on-site briefly to ensure water quality.



✔ Pool Heater Info – An electric pool heater is available but will not make the pool sauna-hot. A heating fee applies; please notify us in advance if you’d like the pool heated.



✔ Automated Pool Cleaner – The pool cleaning hose runs on a timer and is safe to swim with in the pool.



✔ Trash Service – Our trash team rolls out bins every Monday. If you see them, feel free to say hello—they’re great at their job!



✔ Furniture Policy – To maintain the home’s condition, please do not move any furniture. A minimum charge of $100 will be billed if any pieces have been moved.



✔ Neighborhood Awareness – Our home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood with small children. Please drive carefully and avoid speeding at all times.



✔ Pet Policy – We’re happy to host you and your furry friend! A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet.
