We had trouble with our security deposit payment and therefore our check-in instructions were not sent the day of our arrival until that was sorted out. When we got there, there was a dirty glass on the master bedroom balcony. The main issue was that there was no pool key. It was 102 degrees and we had to wait 3 full days to get a key. The customer service person got my messages confused with another guest, so she thought we received a key when we had not. By the time we finally received the pool key, we had activities planned, so I never did get to use it. Great location and spacious rooms. They should put square footage in the listing though.
