To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please review the following details:

- Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day.

- Advance Request Required: Pool heating should be requested at the time of booking and no later than 5 days prior to your arrival to ensure it's ready for you.

- Heating Time: Please allow 2-3 days for the pool to reach a comfortable temperature of 80-87°F.

- Payment: The heating fee will be invoiced separately through the platform after your booking is confirmed.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.



- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.



This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded.



Important:

To help provide a safe and secure stay, the primary booking guest must complete a brief verification through Guest Ranger before arrival. A secure link will be sent after booking, and check-in instructions will be provided once verification is complete.
