Kitchen and dining: a full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, blender, rice maker and coffee maker, plus a dining table for family meals.
Backyard: a private pool with sun loungers, shaded seating, outdoor dining and a grill. The pool is not heated.
Practical: washer and dryer, a workspace with Wi-Fi, free parking and a single-level layout with no stairs.

LOCATION
A sought-after Chandler neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping and golf. Downtown Chandler, Chandler Fashion Center, hiking trails and East Valley spring training are all an easy drive — perfect for winter getaways and spring training trips.
