Our four-bedroom 2.5, bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive, luxuriously appointed living space. Take a dip in the beautiful pool, enjoy the waterfall or relax in the shade while enjoying the beautiful backyard. We also have a ping pong table, corn hole game and basketball hoop in the pool! Our beautiful home is fun for everyone!

Outdoor living: The backyard features a pool with waterfall (unheated) and basketball hoop. Enjoy the tanning shelf and built-in table. You'll love partaking in the fun activities available in the backyard with a turf area and outdoor games like cornhole and horseshoes. Or just sit back and relax around the fire pit with the whole family while enjoying the Arizona sunsets. There is a ping pong table in the 3rd bay of the garage for more family fun.



Indoor living: As you enter Desert Skies you'll adore the luxurious Arizona-themed décor, the open concept living space, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the dining area and family room with a large smart TV, electric fireplace, recliners, leather couch, and family board games. The sitting room offers another TV and place to sit and gather. There are four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own theme and décor. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The home is cooled by central air conditioning and warmed by central heat, if needed.

Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo with removable sprayer- located upstairs hallway.

Bathroom 3: 1/2 bath near family room on the main level ~ toilet and sink

Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in both showers. Hair Dryers are available upstairs bathrooms.

Guest Access:

The entire home, driveway, carport, backyard, pool, patio, and BBQ are available to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Carmel Cove subdivision is a quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood. The home is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and freeways. The park on the corner offers a playground, sand volleyball, basketball, and other fun activities.

By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:



-The primary guest must be age 25 years or over and be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. No sub-letting allowed.



-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.



-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the house is 8 pre-registered guests and the maximum daytime occupancy is 14 guests (between 8am-10pm).



-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.



-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $500 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.



-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is a pool fence. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool. The pool gate must not be propped open or removed for any reason. Guests are not permitted to remove the pool fence for any reason.



- Please do not touch any of the pool equipment. There is a remote for the waterfall. Please see the house book for info on operating the waterfall.



-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.



-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.



-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that exceed the security deposit.



-There are security cameras on the property, one at the front door, one outside of the garage and one outside in the back yard, They are used to ensure only registered guests and service providers are on the property. They record motion, audio and video 24/7, if tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate without refund of stay.



The property has a Nest connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.



Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a comfortable range. Please note the AC/heat pump unit is able to be lowered to 72°F for air conditioning and raised to 78°F for heating. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the range. Thank you.



Please note the following fees:

Unauthorized party ~ $1,000

Unauthorized pet ~ $300 per pet

Tampering with security cameras/devices ~ reservation terminated with no refund and $500 fee

Parking on properties landscaping or in the yard ~ $300 per vehicle

Disconnecting the pool vacuum or tampering with pool equipment (pool pump or heater) ~ $50 and charge from pool company

Smoking inside property ~ $500

Extra cleaning ~ $60 per hour



Please Note: We are not responsible for items left behind at the property. If a guest forgets something, they will be responsible for a $30 handling fee (for our time) plus the cost of shipping to return the item. Thank you for your understanding.
