The Space:

This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you canā€™t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool, in-ground spa, built-in waterslide, grill, and 65ā€ TV. Play a game of basketball or pickleball on your private, multi-use sports court. or practice your short game on the putting green. Play a game of corn hole, or relax on the lounge chairs around the pool! Too hot outside? Relax in the movie theatre, complete with a projector and surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65ā€ TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and a family-style table to enjoy dinner. Just off the main living area is a recreational room complete with a pool table, poker table, and smart TV.

Pool heat is available by request at a rate of $100 a day. It will be applied to the entire stay.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
RV Motorhome Parking is available with approval.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Spacious house with lots of room for 2 families to enjoy. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed the added amenities like slide, basketball & pickleball court. Beds were plentiful and comfy, really enjoyed!

Very nice house. The pool and slide were fun. I would recommend bringing an extra pool towel or two. There were NOT 7 bedrooms as listed. There were 6 bedrooms. There are two rollaway cots in one closet

We recently stayed at this property with a group of four families. Upon arrival, the interior of the home was very clean and well-kept however we did note that the images online do make the home look more current and less worn than it is in person. The exterior areas howeverā€”including the pickleball court, pool, spa, and surrounding spacesā€”appeared to have been completely overlooked in the cleaning process. Tables were dirty and sticky, there was food stuck to the pool deck, a dirty paper towel left on the stairs near the slide area, cigarette butts on the ground, a beer can on the pickleball court, and even glass shards in the gravel nearby.That said, the management team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time we needed extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, or dish soap, they delivered them quickly without hesitation. Once the pool vacuum was dropped off and the outdoor spaces were cleaned up, we were able to fully enjoy our time there.The space itself is great for up to three families. With four families, it was a bit tight in terms of bathroomsā€”one more ensuite would have made it perfect. Overall, once the initial issues were addressed, we had a wonderful stay and made some great memories.

It was such a great place to stay, close to all of our golf courses we played and food we wanted to eat! The pool and putting green were essential to our fun. The property manager was super helpful with giving us the tour and showing us the ropes, very professional set up and I would recommend staying here to any and everyone

The outdoor space was a huge amenity for our family's stay. The location is close enough to all the key attractions in Scottsdale, and with plenty of grocery and convenience stores within a 5-minute drive to the property. Plenty of room for a large group.

This home was perfect for a group of friends wanting a get away without kids. It would also be good for kids depending on age since the pool is deep. We had issues getting the iPad connected to the pool setting as it wouldnā€™t connect even with router resets.

We really liked this property. Itā€™s located next to tons of grocery stores and other shops so stocking the kitchen was easy. The kids spent all day in the pool. The waterside is amazing, and the heater kept everything warm. The 3 master suites are huge and bigger than they look online. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller but still a good size. The kitchen was a bit small but worked for our group. Interior finishes werenā€™t super high end but were clean and functional and we spent most of our time outside. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very well maintained. Theatre room was perfect for Saturday football. Outdoor kitchen and lounge area was great for our large group. The house slept all 15 bachelors great! The property was perfect for our Scottsdale stay. The only issue we ran into were that the basketball hoop was not functional which was a big disappointment because the main groom/bachelor is really into pick up basketball and would have played if the goal was in better shape/quality. The other downer was that we did not give enough notice to heat the pool and management would not heat it for us last minute despite us being willing to spend the extra money to attempt to raise the temp on the pool (be sure to give notice if this is something you think you will use). We ended up using the pool but not as much as we would have liked to if it wasnā€™t a cold plunge. Definitely wouldnā€™t be an issue during other seasons though! Overall our experience at this property was excellent! We would indeed return!

Here is a list of problem areas of this property and misrepresentations of this rental property: 1. No Backboard to basketball hoop. We had to wait 4 days for a substitute. Sport court is main reason Irenyed this property 2. Light inside pool hanging out under No Diving sign near water slide 3. All bathrooms smell like septic 4. Slider door has black box hanging down 5. Outdoor lighting by putting green does not work 6. Outdoor spotlights do not work 7. Bedroom doors squeak all the time 8. Wrong entry code emailed 9. Wi-Fi incorrect 10. Impossible to find popcorn packs for the theater popcorn machine--should at least supply a couple 9. The website does not clearly indicate that Outdoor fire pit is wood burning not gas 10. Paid in advance for heated pool but had to call to set up --so we had to wait for pool to be usable. Lost 2 days of pool use--I paid in advance so pool would be heated upon arrival as stated in pool information.

We had a great time having a kid free vacation at this home! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy each others company :) Great location, close to lots of shopping, groceries and restaurants! The theater room was a great spot to watch the Wold Series! The pool was great and the hot tub was a great spot to unwind after a fun day. All around awesome property! Thanks!

The house is great! Lots of room and we had 16 of us that part was Perfect, pool was clean and we had lots of fun in the back yard, couple of things I didn't like, the wifi is absolutely terrible can't even watch stuff on Netflix it's constantly losing signal. Also I've never stayed at a house that had zero spices no salt no pepper i thought that was super weird and inconvenient. The other is the owners are very fast at getting back if you need anything but we tried to check in 30 minutes early and I was told that "I needed to be patient" and under no sercumstances could we check in 30 minutes early so we had to sit in the driveway in the heat for 30 min that was super rude and unprofessional. I would likely stay there again but they need to do something about the wifi.

I stayed at this home for 4 nights with 6 totals guys on a golf trip. The management team is great! I told them we would arrive late (after midnight) and they left all the lights on and snacks and waters in the house for us! Thank you. We had a great time in the pool, spa, outdoor room, movie room, and playing pool.
