This house is located in the heart of the historic Coronado district, which is just 10 minutes from Phoenix International Airport and 0.5 miles from the light rail. You'll find yourself near several local attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, Phoenix Children's Museum, and Encanto Golf Course—all just minutes from our home! Our home will provide you with all the comforts of home while offering plenty of space for every guest who comes through our door!

You can also visit nearby landmarks such as the Japanese Friendship Garden and Phoenix Convention Center with ease. Within 15 minutes you'll be at Tempe Town Lake Park or Golf Clubs, while within 20 minutes you'll be at Arizona Cardinals Stadium—or even Old Town Scottsdale!

Whether you’re looking for a fun activity to do with family and friends, or just want to explore the downtown on your own, there are plenty of lime/spin scooters and bikes available to rent along the street.

- Guest bathroom has a large tub/shower for you to enjoy after a long day.

- If you love to cook then you’ll definitely fall in love with our kitchen. It has granite counter tops, travertine flooring, stainless steel dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy cooking or baking using our 48” thermador gas range/oven. You can play music while cooking using our Samsung French Door w/ Family Hub Refrigerator.

- Health is Wealth - Don’t skip your daily exercise routine. You can use our commercial elliptical machine and we can provide free weights as well upon request.

- Enjoy our private backyard with pool and bbq grill. We can heat the pool for extra $50/ per night. We need 7 days advance notice to heat the pool.
