The MAIN SPACES OF THE HOME:
The magazine-worthy kitchen features 2 large islands, a wine fridge, Viking appliances, and a large open floor plan with doors that open to spectacular golf course views. There is a 65' Smart TV in the main room with an electric fireplace.

The Desert Oasis offers 3 bedrooms, each with their own design personality. The spacious master suite includes a luxurious and inviting king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a show-stopping master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The second master suite features a luxurious King bed with a private walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen Murphy bed that also can serve as an office space with a large desk and chair.

Our entertainer’s backyard features a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a hot tub for chilly evenings. The pool is not heated.

It is a very short drive to some of the Valley’s best restaurants, including local favorites such as Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Bar, Mastros Ocean Club, Dominicks Steakhouse, Tru Foods, Eddie V's, and more! A quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale, where you’ll find more destination spots people travel from across the country to enjoy, such as the best Spring Training experiences and top-notch restaurants like NOBU, Ocean’s 44, and The Mission, to name a few.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only; it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have surveillance cameras on the front exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Property access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Pre-arrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest's name on the reservation.

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under the cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who do not complete this step.

No pets (including service animals) without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
We do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
