Our home is newly furnished and thoughtfully decorated with a modern, cozy style. Inside, you’ll find comfortable living spaces, and outside, enjoy your own private pool, BBQ grill, and a relaxing lounge area—perfect for sunny Arizona days.

Before your stay, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification and select one of the following:



Option A: Damage Waiver – $25 (non-refundable) + transaction fee



Option B: Security Deposit – $200 (refundable) + transaction fee

(Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after checkout)
