The space
We offer a great downtown Phoenix 1 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor of a historic Art Deco 1930s high-rise building . The location offers easy access to all areas of the city, as well as plenty of shopping and dining options. Only 20min from the AZ cardinals State Farm Stadium. The apartment is well- equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, Washer and Dryer, and a comfortable living space with beautiful city views. The building is safe and secure with a very friendly guard on duty from 7am-1am. Downstairs there is a community center with a conference room, pool tables, large screen smart tv with cable/Roku and kitchen for
parties plus gym/heated pool/sauna/steam room/spa. The 2nd floor offers an open air courtyard complete with grills and seating to enjoy and lounge. 1 covered garage parking space included and meter street parking available 8am-10pm, free after 10pm. Key Fob will be designated to you. This fob will be used for access into the building and all areas inside.
