Warning: This house only has 3 beds. There are no sofa beds, confirmed by the manager and the housekeepers when we asked for sheets for "sofa beds". We were a 3 generation family of 7, we needed the sofa beds.Also there was no iron, no ironing board, no hair dryers. No shampoo that we could find. 1 Tblsp of dish liquid. Weird rock hard tiny soap that didn't lather. There were 2 rugs in living room. A large one covered in dog pee stains, and a much smaller one on top of that. When we tried to contact Evolve with the issues we were told to keep all comments off the platform, to communicate only by text with the "manager". When i contacted the "manager" about the beds situation he texted back, asking me "so what is your thought process that you think there are 2 sofa beds?". So I sent him a screen shot of the listing, showing the little icon of 2 sofa beds and the words "2 sofa beds". He responded "i see how that could be interpreted that way" but housekeepers confirm there are no sofa beds. After that I communicated with Evolve rep, on the platform. Evolve rep answered every query like "we will look into that and get back to you when we have an answer." We were at the house a week. They never had an answer . We decided to stay anyway because we were moving fm WA to PHX and had to have a place for whole family for a week. Trying to find a different place and get everybody and all our things moved just was not an option. By the way, the Kids were happy, they LOVED the pool.
