4BR House Pool/Putting Green Next to Cubs Park and Near ASU

1,600 sqr foot 4BR/2BA House next to Cubs Park and near ASU with a Diving Pool and Gazebo for Outdoor Entertaining. Shaded front patio provides cover for morning coffee and pregame gatherings. Large putting green and pitching areas for you golfers. Large living room and front room provide plenty of space for members to spread out or gather together in a single room. Each room has a Fire TV to allow you to watch HBONow, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, MLB.TV, Hulu, and Disney+. Outside Gazebo functions as a outside Living Room with TV and outdoor couch.

The pool is heated in the fall and winter, but it's an electric heater. Meaning between the pool will be 80 degrees minimum except when the temperature drops too low, bascially December 16th-January 14th the heater is only capable of heating the pool to the 70s. For most of us, this is fine, but others, not so much.



House Manual
Front door uses a PIN to lock/unlock the door. To lock the door, you can just press the "Schlage" button at the top of the keypad.
Upon unlocking the front door, the lights in the Front Room and Living Room will automatically turn on, this will ensure that you never walk into a dark house. Don't worry about leaving the lights on when you leave. All bulbs are energy efficient and draw very little power.

Front Porch light automatically goes on at dusk and will turn off at dawn if not turned off manually.

Arcade: To switch games, hold the Player 1 Start button for 5 seconds and the main menu will pop up.

There's an Alexa in the Living Room and in the outside Gazebo to playing music and entertainment. Each TV also has a Fire TV with Alexa. The following commands can be used from any Alexa device:

Please do not reconfigure/reprogram any of the Amazon Echos or Smart TVs such as logging out apps (e.g. Netflix, HBO, Disney+) or reprograming speakers or TVs unless you have our consent. Doing any of this requires hour of troubleshooting for the next guests and you will forfeit your deposit.
