The upstairs landing includes a huge loft area, complete with a bar, an additional two bedrooms and bathroom an awesome view of the McDowell Mountain range at sunset. There is a 77-inch Oled tv upstairs, a Sony Ht-5000 soundbar and a large urban sectional for movies and tv. The backyard includes an 8-foot diving pool, and a raised patio area and waterfall for outdoor relaxation. The house backs up to a wash, which not only makes for a great view from upstairs but also adds an extra layer of privacy. The wash is accessible from the pathway just a few houses down the north side of the street.
